When Does A Person Become Not_A_Person?
I know the Declaration of Independence is not the Law of the Land, but it certainly should be considered corroborative evidence and most certainly should have been in deciding Roe v Wade!
 
When the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) looked back in time (i.e. to the Babylonian Empire), the court concidered ancient law as well as the prevailing law and attitude in and around the writing of the U.S. Constitutiton.
 

Also, the court attempted to determine the intended meaning of "person", by looking at the usage of the word "person" (I believe, ONLY) within the Constitution itself. If two millenia-old Babylonian law and customs (which included live-infant, burnt sacrifice on red-hot metal altars, in worship of Baal) were pertinent to the decision (OPINION) of SCOTUS, shouldn't the words of The Declaration of Independence have been EXCEEDINGLY MORE PERTINENT?

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, -- That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted amoung Men, deriving their just powers from the governed,--That whenever any government becomes distructive to these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and....."

The Federal government has become distructive to the Life, Liberty and pursuit of Happiness of most Americans, including those 40 to 50 million Created lives ended, under the authority of a SCOTUS OPINION!  Baal worship, with sacrifices on metal altars, was made 'legal' and a "constitutional right", by the Judicial branch of the government of the United States!

To quote Dr. Seuss:  "A person's a person no matter how small!"

Please consider this: "that all MEN are created equal"...
  • HOW was this interpreted to include ALL, regardless of sex, race, etc...
  •  
    BUT NOT ALL AGES, FROM CREATION TO NATURAL DEATH???
  • Oh, 'they' will say age is not genetic...
  • IT IS ALL ABOUT GENETICS, AT CONCEPTION! (age zero)
