Letter posted on John Boehner's
"Say NO to Government HC" petition...

Note: I believe there are NOTABLE EXCEPTIONS to my (following) blanket statements.
The Government of the United States is acting in a manor, diametrically opposed to the OBVIOUS INTENT OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. The agendas of the current administration and much of the Congress are HARMFUL to the Domestic Tranquility and the general Welfare of We the People.
The Legislative and Executive actions in the last eleven months (and prior), show total lack of mental and integral competancy and show absolute disregard for the unalienable and reserved rights of the people, by the majorities and the President. The actions of the Executive and Legislative branches are seemingly intended to enslave the people, in direct violation of Amendment 13 of the Constitution. The decisions of the Supreme Court have been, in multiple cases, injust and too often favor the desires of the Federal government, over the rights of the States and/or the people.
We the People are Created as Individual Sovereigns, with rights, which cannot be superceded by the Unites States, the Several States, or other individuals, without forfeiture BY the individual (for crimes, as provided in the Constitution) and with due process; this means individual Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness are OFF LIMITS TO THE DAMNED GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES!
As an "individual sovereign", as implied in the SCOTUS opinion of Roe v Wade (spit!), I have a "constitutional right to privacy" AND there is no just means for the government of the United States to mandate and ration medical insurance and care, without impinging upon that "right". By such mandates, the doctor-patient relationship is invaded by the government, as the doctor becomes an agent of and for the government!
As I wrote (see links above), if there is no "constitutional right to privacy", there is NO justifiable cause for at-will abortions.
Additionally, if there is a "constitutional right to privacy" there can be no government mandated "healthcare".
Also, if the government mandates "healthcare insurance", with penalties for non-compliance, that is Slavery and/or Involuntary Servitude.
Enough for now... Thank You Congressman Boehner AND my Rep. Congresswoman McMorris-Rogers, for standing for America.
